Thank you for your interest in our firm. Beginning in 1985 John Bonsib and Jack Buck successfully built a regional paging and two-way radio business. In 1993 they sold the carrier side of the business and started Vertical RealEstate with the remaining tower assets. In 2005, Mr. Bonsib announced that at 80 years of age it was time to retire and Vertical RealEstate was sold. This long and successful relationship between John Bonsib and Jack Buck allowed Jack to form JB Towers, LLC in 2005, naming the company after his mentor and and amazing communications pioneer.
The owners of JB Towers designed the business to be nimble and responsive to today's wireless environment. Being a small company, JB Towers is able to focus on quick decisions and immediate responses
to any request.
To accomplish this mission, JB Towers has surrounded themselves with like minded entrepreneurs. From site acquisition, zoning, all of the regulatory approvals and the final construction, JB Towers has the team in place to get the sites in the air. The way you would expect.
